Comments I made two trips this year, May for two weeks and December for 10 days. Had anywhere from 4 to 14 divers on recent dive days. Visibility pretty good considering unusual surge the week before. Last day to Antilla and Pedernales wrecks, visibility was about 40 feet, but you're not looking out into the blue on those dives anyway. See my previous reports. Some of the boat crew have been with this operation for 10 or more years. Aruba isn't Bonaire, but you will see most of the same kinds of fish and plenty to do topside. I have my own equipment, but the rental equipment is fairly new. I wore a full 5mm (old, probably more like a 3mm) because I get cold and need protection on my legs and arms against bumps on the ladder (I bruise easily). Shop rents only shorties, so if you get cold, you should bring your own wetsuit or at least a skin. I paid $352 including CC charge (3%) for 10 dives with my own equipment. That's 4 or five dives in Hawaii. BTW, Aruba is ALWAYS windy; keeps the bugs away.
