Comments You can safely eat anywhere in Bonaire as well as drink the tap water (which is very good). Just do not leave any valuables in your vehicles, chances are they will not be there when you get back. Be sure to leave your windows rolled down, or they may be broken, and expensive to replace.

The resorts and the dining in Bonaire are outstanding. I can think of few places that would be better for a beginner. Unfortunately, the diving is just not as good as many other Caribbean locations, and the Crime problem casts a dark shadow on what would otherwise be an ideal location.
