Comments This was trip with 4 couples that regularly travel together, the men are divers and the ladies love the beach, the pool, shopping and dining out. Grand Cayman is an excellent choice for these couples trips (the men also make trips with just the guys) because it offers everything for the ladies and great diving for the men.
We stayed at Discovery Point Club Condos (our first time there) and will return. Ollie Ebanks, the manager, is a lovely lady and made sure everything was great. One of the condos had an AC problem upon arrival. AC repairman was called immediately and the problem fixed within two hours--on a Saturday night). These condo are located at the North end of 7 mile beach...all the good but much less congested and more island like.
We dove with Indigo Divers, a local operation run by Chris and Katie Alpers. They do not have a dive shop so all details were handled ahead of time via web and email...the way we like it. Katie provided all of the necessary forms ahead of time and we returned them electronically. The only thing we had to show were our C Cards upon arrival. Very efficient and customer friendly. Katie was very responsive via email before the trip.

Their boat is docked the yacht 5 minutes away from our condo and they picked us up for the short ride each morning, promptly returned us after the morning dives. They kept our BC's, fins and regs overnight and each morning they were rinsed and set up to go....so it was minimal effort for us each day. They also have a dock at the very north end of 7 mile beach for west side diving and we used that the morning we dove the Kittiwake.

Their website says no more than 6 dives per trip and they stick to it! The center console boat is comfortable (seas were calm all week) though a tad bit crowded in the back but very comfortable in the bow, with limited storage except in the cockpit. Chris and Katie make it work with their excellent service and personal attention. They know the sites and the area...both dive on the first wall dive and Katie alone on the second. We are experienced divers and guess that many operators would have sent only one DM...but Katie and Chris focus on safety and they obviously love to dive.
Most importantly, Chris and Katie did not rush the dives and never hustled us out of the water. We all have excellent air consumption and all dive Nitrox. All the first dives were a full hour, with second dives over 80 minutes. We never felt rushed. We have dived with many operators on Grand Cayman, Little Cayman and the Brac.
We were very happy with Indigo Divers and can highly recommend them to anyone who wants a personalized small group experience.
