Comments We were well prepared for this trip to Guadalupe Island to go cage diving with great white sharks. We saw at least one shark on every dive, 4 dives/day for 3 days. It was thrilling, but never felt dangerous. The crew was fantastic. They told us how everything would operate, then went right on schedule for the 3 days. The safety briefing was thorough and impressive. The 20 hour crossing from Ensenada was a bit rough, but we were told to expect that. The water was cold, as advertised, but we had 5mm wet suits with heated vests and were fine. Spending time in the hot tub after a 45 minute dive was very popular.
