Comments Rodrigues – little sister of Mauritius – Eco Evasion Divers

Would you go on a dive vacation without any confirmation of the dive center, you plan to book with? Well, I did but to be honest, with a rather queasy feeling in my stomach. Had checked with google and I only found 3 d c`s on the island. Send e-mails, tried to contact through facebook messenger, even with whatsapp. Nothing came back. With only 2 weeks left before taking off into my tropical holidays for christmas and new year I got desperate and even asked my hotel, what I should do, and if the d c `s are still in business. Left a note for them and hoped for the best. In my sleep I had a nightmare "what if ..." I would be the laughing stock for my friends at home and the first undercurrent report without diving. During breakfast however the owner lady called Eco and they confirmed a dive at 9 that day. A wave of relief hit me, packed my gear and went down to them. Richard the owner greeted me and showed me around. Inside the shed it looked much better. Had to fill out the regular Padi release form, R looked just once at my log book, not interested in C card, for 1 dive ... Subscribe to get the full story.
