Comments I've been taking divers on dive trips for over 30 years and Ramon's is truly one of the best places in the Caribbean for divers. For the money, this one is really hard to beat. The resort it very well run, with restaurant, dive shop, gift shop, and several amenities on premises. There is also a grocery store, and several places to eat within walking distance. Closest Airport Belize City, Belize (BZE) Getting There Atlanta to Belize City via Delta, then transfer to Tropic Air for the 15 minute flight to the island. Very easy flight every time.

Enforced diving restrictions Dive instructor (Pete) led the dives, but we were free to look at whatever we wanted to underwater. They were safety conscious, but let divers explore and did not impede our curiosity at all.
