Comments	Very disappointed in Red Sail Sports - tried to make reservations 3 times at hotel - person at desk in Marriott Ocean club was clueless and had to call to figure out how to make reservation ( I dive with a pony bottle and she had no idea what that was)- then after finally getting it done we were not picked up until I called dive operation (15 minutes before ship was to sail) and they said they did not have reservation - even though I had paper in my hand. Got to boat 5 minutes before it was going to leave and got attitude by divemasters that WE were late - after a bit of back and forth they realized it was Red Sails fault. Dive was poor as visibility was bad and one diver jumped in without weight belt and we had to wait 10 minutes on bottom for divemaster to resolve that issue thus cutting dive short - certainly not divemasters issue but made the whole dive poor - strong current and visibility added to the issue - 2d time in Aruba I did that dive and won't do it again as the vis has been poor both times and certainly not worth the money. However, Divemasters on boat were professional and helpful just too much of a mixed boat of novice divers and experienced. Next year will dive with Unique sports which I did a few years ago. I simply don't get how Red Sports has two desks at the Marriott resorts and you almost have search them out to book with them and then I never had feeling about being picked up which we were not.
