Comments The best about diving with Odyssey Expeditions is the freedom to dive with your buddy. Dives are your own profile and your own pace. After you have completed your dive you are required to put up your SMB while on your safety stop and then wait to be collected once you have surfaced.

Prior to departing for the dive site you are required to register your name and tank pressure every dive, on completing your dive you are required to register the dive time, depth and remaining tank pressure. It is also your responsibility to disconnect the first stage from your tank so that it can be refilled in readiness for the next dive.

Dives are varied with wall dives, channels and shallower lagoons. A briefing on the dive site is provided prior to the dive.

The MV Odyssey is generally scheduled for diving Rowley Shoals three week long trips in October. Other times she is used for trips in the Kimberley. If travelling from overseas it would be a great opportunity to combine a Kimberley trip prior to heading to Rowley Shoals.

Food was plentiful and a good standard. Alcohol is also available at a moderate cost.
