Comments This was our first live aboard experience so I wasn't sure what to expect and this report may be quite biased from my lack of live aboard experience. From the moment we boarded until the time we left, there was a sense of community, camaraderie, and family among the crew and passengers. We had one person on board who was doing her first dives after certification and the crew took extremely good care of her. We also had a person on board who was doing his 57th trip with the Aggressor/Dancer fleet and his 75th live aboard overall. He was also well taken care off. Actually the crew took interest and took great care in everyone.

The dive briefings were excellent and made it easy to dive independently of the group. We dove two dives in the morning at one site and then two in the afternoon at another. The night dive was at the afternoon site. The boat tends to have a significant swing on its mooring which can make catching the trailing line a minor challenge. During the dives, the dive master in the water was always willing to share his excitement and passion for diving. From Eddy's verbal "Woo HOO's!" to Alex's and William's great finds to John's incredible sightings, it was always fun in the water.

The only disappointing dive was the Great Blue Hole, not related to the crew or fleet. More of a let down than a disappointment.

After each dive there was a hot shower on the back of the boat, a crew member ready with a dry towel and brief shoulder massage, and something to eat and drink.

And speaking of eating and drinking; the food was plentiful, delicious, and well presented.

There were some issues with the A/C in the staterooms. Initially the room was too cold and we could not seem to adjust it. Later it was just adequate but to be fair, my wife is always hot and I am always cold, so the control over the A/C is an ongoing challenge for us. Overall, an excellent first live aboard experience. So thanks to the crew: Eddy, Alex, John, William, Jean, Elia, and Carlos.

And for those arriving early, we did stay at the Radisson. Certainly more than adequate for our purposes with the staff being helpful and friendly.
