Comments Overall, a great trip.
Outstanding service and food on the boat. Good transport to/from airport.
Coral and fish life at Lighthouse reef was excellent. Sharks on every dive there, usually at 100-120 ft however. Diving there was limited to two days due to wind conditions. Turneffe reef diving was not nearly as nice but did offer spotted toad fish, usually seen on night and aftn diving. Listening to them croak was interesting but challenging. You knew they were close since you could hear them but still not easy to find.

Limited blennies but did not spend too much time searching for them. Sailfin blennies in one location but no displays.
Lots of juvenile fish.
Interesting remora attaching to Stoplight parrotfish.

Hurricane took out the Aggressor used dock so to/from boat is via ferry from shore. So no Friday aftn trips were arranged. With rain and clouds, no one complained and I was glad to clean camera equipment and visit with other divers.

Sun out for only 1 hour of the entire week. Rain at times on most days, very hard rain at times.
Only impact was limiting wide angle photography sun related shots.

On dark days, lobsters were out most of the day, once four on a single coral head.

UW Photo Comments Adequate camera table and rinse tank for large gear. Air hose to blow off equipment. Changing batteries, etc in salon for large gear. I use a DX format DSLR.
The 4 star rating is based on Carib. diving. Lighthouse reef would be 4 star subject matter on sunny days.
