Comments Good: Ship protocol; good safety and daily briefings; dive staff were helpful and attentive to divers needs and quickly resolved any issues.
Acceptable: Two ladders off dive platform; 15 ft safety bar and separate emergency tank; Food was "Home Cooking" and plentiful
Poor: Compared to other live-aboards, the cabins were small. Only one diver could prepare for the day while the other diver remained in their bunk until they vacated the room - room should be marketed as solo or discount offered for double. Also, cabin was next to engine room so occasionally had fuel and sewer odors permeating cabin. Inflatable was tied up to rear of dive platform and line doubled as "safety line". This sometimes caused problems entering the water.
Photography Table on deck: divers did not honor; they placed wet wrist computers, flashlights, etc., on table.
Dive Conditions: Windy and Choppy. Was told that April was when the "Easter Winds" occurred. Viz was 20-30 ft with a lot of backscatter (imagine diving off Monterey). Coral Reefs appeared "challenged". Expected 70-100 ft viz. Was later told by locals that those days are over due to over diving and climate change conditions.

UW Photo Comments Other live-aboards I have been on had separate area for photographers to store and work on their equipment. Aggressor III just had a spacious triple shelved table on deck for photo cameras, chargers, dry cases, etc. Other divers used the table for their wrist computers, flashlights, etc.Challenging to keep equipment dry.

Think the report's author meant "Easterly" winds and not "Easter" winds; as the prevailing wind flow is most always out of the East.
