Comments Crew: The crew were excellent, extremely helpful and attentive. The dive staff were very knowledgeable and the dive briefings detailed and informative. The only slight negative was that none of the dive masters were particularly good at finding the rare and strange fish/critters.

Food: Was excellent, they catered well for us strange vegetarian types, always producing something new for us each meal. Alcoholic drinks were included and they even had the local brew, Belikin, on draft.

Boat: The boat was well laid out and the rooms were comfortable. Some maintenance is required though, door hinges on cupboards were loose, which was reported early on but was never fixed. The showers were always hot and never ran out of hot water, our bathrooms was small but perfectly adequate. After dive showers on the dive deck were toasty and the towels warm and kept in an insulated box to keep them that way. The lounge area had a large flat screen TV with dvd player and a large selection of dvd's to choose from.

Diving: Nitrox was available at an additional cost. The corals were in reasonable shape and the fish life fairly abundant. There are still a decent amount of larger sized fish, groupers, jacks, barracuda, tarpon, rays (southern stingray and spotted eagle) and some sharks (nurse, grey reef). On the critter side it was a little disappointing, no seahorse or frogfish or anything unusual really. The Blue Hole dive was a bit of ho hum affair, very little life and not that interesting, several divers who had been before didn't bother to dive, not sure I would either :-) The number of Lionfish spotted were quite significant and some divemasters carried spears to kill this non indigenous predator.

Overall: I would recommend this outfit and will certainly be diving with Peter Hughes in the future.

UW Photo Comments There were 2 camera tables which could be a little crowded if everyone was using cameras. There was compressed air at both tables and towels available to dry equipment off. There were also 2 rinse tanks designated for cameras only. There was limited space for chargers but did have 110 and 240 volt available. Overall I was very happy with the setup for photography. Crew were helpful if trying to fix any issues and had a good selection of tools and equipment for repairs.
