Comments My second trip to Bonaire in as many years. We were quite happy with the dive shop and condos so we repeated. Sand Dollar had a spare room for us when we arrived at 6am (red eye from Newark) so we could clean up and rest until our room was ready at 10am. This kind of service is above and beyond as far as I am concerned. Unit was clean, affordable, well maintained.

Dive shop remembered us, and allowed us the "condensed" version of the mandatory Marine Park orientation, so we were in the water by about 10:30 am the day of arrival.

All shore dives for a week, and conditions were great! Shore entry requires a but of effort and must be done carefully, but well worth the effort. Once you get used to the entries and how not to fight the waves slapping ashore, it’s a breeze. Reefs and fish populations seemed healthy, but a little dusting of sand and grit on most shallow life because of recent storms. People on Bonaire as friendly as always and prices eating out were reasonable.

Resort and Dive Shop are both good bang for your diving dollar and I will continue to travel here.

Breakfast (included) was on site and great as always.
Our truck was through Poppy (Telerin Car Rental) whose service was great, meeting us at the airport with a smile.
