Comments Everythinbg about the trip was good except for the deceit concerning accomodations. I own a dive store and make it a priorty to satisfy my customers. Our group of 15 were all suppose to have ocean front/view rooms. Upon arrival I was informed that none of the promised rooms were available. As a store we plan and deposit our trips at least 6 months in advance to secure favorable conditions. We were put in older rooms, most of which had either flooded toilets, burned out bulbs or no A/C. We were told this was an upgrade. During the week we spoke with other guests only to find out that this is a common occurance. Worse case scenario guests are sent to other, less favorable resorts. They overbook on a regular basis. After talking with home office somewhere in NC I was offered no consolation for my disatisfied customers. We will never book the Divi Flamingo again. I cannot make promises to my customers that I cannot keep.
