Comments Our second trip to LCBR. Things were just about the same as last time, rooms, buildings and grounds seemed to have been spruced up since our last visit!
Diving as great, if not better than we remembered. I would describe it as being in the top three of all Caribbean dive destinations for fish life, diversity, water clarity, etc.
You won’t see a lot of big stuff, but lots of rays and turtles, and tons of little things to keep you occupied.
LCBR food was as good as ever, rooms nice and good WiFi throughout the resort.

We had a 1x week, 3x meals/day, and 17x dive package that was very reasonably priced. However I believe the nitrox is WAY overpriced at $12 per tank. Especially when the trend with most operators now days is free nitrox or perhaps $100 flat rate for a week. Everywhere else we’ve been diving I see the majority of people using Nitrox except here, where we were the exception on the boat. I think it was the price that kept many from using it. You would think Reef Divers would want to make their nitrox more affordable from an overall safety standpoint.
The boats are great, valet diving at its best. Our Capt. and DMs all week were and her side kick Rachael who were both terrific.
A 12 min video compilation of our diving can be seen here: [youtube.com link] (watch high res and turn on your speakers!)
