Comments I dove Cayman Brac in July, 2017, Grand Cayman in June of this year and Little Cayman in August, 2018. Diving Little Cayman has gone to the top of my list for favourite destinations, at the moment.
The group consisted of 42 people (56 last year for Cayman Brac) and all voted to return in 2019. Little Cayman has a population of 170 at last count, and includes activities for non divers such as kayaking, bike rides and a few places to visit outside of the resort. My dive buddy and I chose to go a day earlier than the rest of the group and liked the small number on the boat, however, even with 14, the boat did not seem crowded. As with Cayman Brac, the diving is run by Reef Divers who offer a full service operation, bringing your gear to you at the back of the boat (three can be loaded at one time) and accommodating any who needed assistance removing gear before getting on the ladder. The reefs are pristine and fish life amazing, from nudibranchs to sharks (just one while we were there). Jaw fish, sea slugs, families of squid, turtles and rays on almost every dive. Dive guides were very knowledgeable, and this resort has the best mechanism for checking Nitrox I have experienced. We stayed on the same boat for the week, and maintained the guides for the most part. Dive briefings were fun and informative! April was on our boat for a couple of days, and had some really good jokes.

Full disclosure: I am a warm water diver. If someone is looking for deep and or tech diving, you may not like this resort.

UW Photo Comments I use a compact camera, others had more expensive rigs, and/or GoPros. All seemed happy with results. There was a camera table on each boat, and a fresh water hose for rinsing. (I never leave my camera in a bucket anyway).
