Comments This was our 7th trip to Ocean Frontiers and it continues to be about our favorite venue and dive operation. We flew to Georgetown, rented a car and drove about 35 minutes to the east end. Compass Point condos are on site and we had a nice 1 bedroom condo, only 30 seconds from the dive dock. The condos are clean, certainly adequate for us. Since there were no meals included in our plan, a car is needed to go to the grocery store and out for meals. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and dinner out at local restaurants; Tukka's, Over the Edge, South Coast Bar and Grill and the on site restaurant, Eagle Rays. All are good with Tukka's being excellent.
The dive operation is superb. They do valet diving, and you really don't rinse or set up gear at all. The boats, all in good shape, leave at about 8:00 am for a 2 tank dive, and, if you sign up, about 1:30 for the afternoon dives. We did the am dives and 3 others: the Kittiwake ( a well done wreck dive), macro dive and the X dive ( see sharks). The viz was phenomenal, generally 125+ on the wall, no current to speak of, and the water was 87 degrees. The dives are led the first part, but then you can do your own thing when they bring you back, point out the boat. The corals were healthy other than a few sites on the south side, and there was excellent fish life with much macro opportunities. The dive operation is very safety conscious, but not obtrusive. The staff treats everyone extremely well.Special kudos to Kevin, Mark, Evan & Ben. We saw spotted eagle rays, turtles and sharks. We had a ball!
We also completed the "Green Short Challenge" which is completing the 55 dive sites on the east end. This took a number of years, but getting our "Green Shorts" was worth it. We will definitely return.

Congratulations on the your Green Shorts, my son and I were with you at Compass Point/Ocean Frontiers in 2011. My favorite destination in the Caribbean, I would love to return and work toward my Green Short (31/55 to date)

Tripp! Glad to hear that you and Ann came back to Compass Point. Jean and I are sorry we missed you and want to congratulate you folks on your Green Shorts! The staff at OF and Compass Point make this our home away from home.
