This was probably my best dive vacation ever. Little Cayman is still recovering from Paloma, so some infrastructure needs work. The diving was pristine. Petted friendly groupers (divemaster Dottie was actually kissing one!). The walls and swim-thrus were fantastic, especially a site called Great Wall West. The food at the resort was better than any restaurant I've been to. Custom omelets and eggs benedict for breakfast, hot lunch items along with sandwich fixings, and great dinners with Bucanero beer from Cuba. All just superb. I will be back! |
