Comments [None]The hotel Decameron EL Isleno is a brand new hotel, it just open December 15. There is 230 rooms facing the sea or the garden, you have acces to the 5 others Decameron restaurant. The room are very nice, the buffet or a la carte restaurant are very good and the choice is good. There is many transat chair around the different pools. The hotel is close to the aeroport, noisy during the day. The hotel is on the best beach of the island and at walking distance of downtown.

For the diving we were a group of 22 divers of different level (instructor to OWD). The shop is small but take very much care of every diver and hold the equipment at the shop in between dive. The boat is small and can hold 10 to 12 divers plus a guide and captain. The diving is done all around the island depending of the sea condition and wind. There is no restriction for the diving but they ask to respect your computer.

The dive center is manage by Christian a smiling German, Edwin the captain fix your tank in the morning and in between dive. At the shop Guiormo is taking care of your equipment after the dive. Price for ten dives is 700000 Colombian Pesos without equipment and a discount can be optain for group if reservation are made in advance.

We saw grey reef shark on the Blue Wall, turtle here and there, and the usual tropical fish, there is some lion fish big and small, diver with harpon can take are of them if they want. There was some current depending of the dive site and the hour of the day, lest in the morning.
