Comments [None]Came back here because price was right compared to many other places. And airfare was reasonable. Everything was the same as last year's trip except wind did create more waves. Waves also kicked up some particulate matter in the water which made many pictures have back scatter in them. Ocean Encounters did a good job overall. Would recommend them. Had list of sites dove last year and asked if it would be possible to dive some sites not dove before. Was assured that their scheduled dive sites would give at least three different sites. Turned out only one different site visited with the rest dived previously. Not that big of a deal, but would have liked a few different sites. And as I said in last report, the corals are in very good shape, equal to or better than Bonaire's.
The only other small complaint is the problem getting drinks at the World Cafe (buffet). Generally took to long to get even water and especially soft drinks. Spoke to manager and suggested to install drink machines be at the end of the buffet line instead of waitress/waiter having to go to the pool bar to get them. Manager was nice enough but I expect no changes. Also takes some time to check in. That could be improved.
