Diving around Sosua is marginal at best. Take an excursion out to Rio San Juan. Pristine reefs, amazing visability and lots of fish. The fish are so unaccustommed to having divers around they will swim right up to you and pose for a picture. At one point I kept feeling something hitting my fin and couldnt figure out what it was until I saw a tiny damselfish guarding his house from me!
If my travels took me there, I'd dive, but I wouldnt go back specifically for that. |
