Comments The resort is built on a hillside, so be prepared to walk up from the beach to all parts of the resort - restaurant, rooms and office. One of our group has a bad hip; she was provided golf cart transportation both up and down. Resort and dive staff were all very friendly. Except for two buffet dinners, food was off the menu with many selections. It was tasty, plentiful with nice presentation.

Dive boats were anchored offshore so we were shuttled back and forth.
Dive gear was picked up at our rooms on day 1 and delivered back after our last dive of the week. Gear (bc, reg, mask and fins) was left on the boat. Dive staff set up gear daily and checked Nitrox level with with us observing. Most memorable dives were in the marine park where there are a "gazillion" fish; a huge school come down over a coral head - so many it seemed like a waterfall of fish! staghorn coral was more plentiful than I've seen at Caribbean locations in recent years. Huge fan corals were plentiful.

Took a Village Tour (additional charge) where we witnessed and were part of a kava drink tradition that resulted in us being made part of the village community. We were then escorted to a waterfall and back to the village where we had the opportunity to purchase local art. Nice experience.

Current Fiji government Covid protocol requires an antigen test within 48-72 hours after arrival - - that was handled efficiently by the resort staff. There were no masking requirements.
