Comments We went during whale shark season and were not disappointed. The best dives were at Wolf and Darwin's Arch where we saw whale sharks, hammerheads, Galapagos and Silky sharks, turtles and eagle rays on most dives. We also saw a pod of dolphins. The diving around the main islands was not as exciting but the Marine Iguana dive is something special. The visibility during July was not great because of the nutrients in the water but that is what brings in the whale sharks. The water temp was in the low 70s at Wolf and Darwin, but very cold on some dives around the main islands. I would consider a dry suit if I was to go back. Very strong currents and surge at Wolf and Darwin. Comfortable boat, great crew. They were very safety conscious.

UW Photo Comments Although there are plenty of macro opportunities, Galapagos all about the big fish. The camera table was sufficient for 18 divers.
