Comments The Flamboyant is a great place to stay, rooms are spacious and have fridge and coffee pot, and plenty of hot water for showers. The trek up the hill from the dive shop is very steep, but you can also take stairs if it's easier for you. The views from the hotel over the beach and water are stellar and not to be missed! Food at restaurant is good, but not a lot of choices, plus they always seem to be out of things.

Dive Grenada is a great dive operation - safety and environmentally minded. Morning is 2 dives then return to shore for lunch. Have food in your room or with you as there is generaly not enough time to eat at the restaurant between the AM and PM dives. Afternoon is 1 dive & you're usually back by 3:30 pm. Dive sites are all within 10 to 20 minutes. Nice combination of wrecks and reefs. Plus, there is an underwater sculpture park, however, you only need to do this one time and it only takes 10 minutes. Lots of fish life - eels, shrimp, parrotfish, puffers, crabs, seahorses and lots of little stuff.

Grenada is a nice island to explore. Take the Sunsation "Tutti Frutti" Tour - nutmeg processing plant, rum distillery, cocoa processing plant, lunch at the cocoa plantation, waterfalls, beautiful scenery, and great commentary from the tour guide on the history of the island.

We would definitely go again!

UW Photo Comments A small bucket on the boat for cameras. It was sufficient for 2 cameras, but other people used it to rinse masks. There is a rinse tank at the dive shop but not really for cameras.
