Comments BLUF: Raja Ampat is a mecca of diving for good reason. The biodiversity and density of life was truly staggering. The only category I didn't grant 5 stars for (large pelagics) was still well represented, but isn't the dream to this destination anyway. If anything what we saw just goes to show that there is a lot of everything for everyone to see in Raja Ampat. Aggressor is a great way to do it.

The team handles logistics well. I had Aggressor book my flights from Jakarta to Sorong and back with Garuda, as well as my stay at the Swiss Belhotel. While the general consensus is there's not much to do in Sorong, for 200k IDR ($12) the hotel will get you a driver to show you around the city. It's not a bad way to eat up time during your likely ~24 hours of waiting. On the day of your departure Aggressor crew will be at the hotel lobby to help you with bags and transport you to the dock. Their team will insist on handling your luggage, and they will continue to provide excellent service to you with all your equipment/gear handling for the duration of your time with them.
