Comments Aquamarinediving.com is a terrific dive service. Even if there's only one diver scheduled for a trip, the DM's take you out with no hesitation, delivering to the best of their abilities on the dive plan you requested. Even though three days of rain had littered the surface with rubbish, Ketut took me to Bali's Blue Lagoon because it was one of the sites I had not visited on previous tips. Though we couldn't find a wobegong, Ketut found over 20 leaf scorpionfish, a subject I love to photograph.

Ketut also knew I had not seen a mola mola on previous trips to Bali. They don't normally show themselves in appreciable numbers before August, but Ketut took me to Crystal Bay to find one . . . and we did, not too far below 100 feet. I loved this dive. The corals were varied and photogenic, to say the least, and the mola just topped off the whole experience. I was so happy that the mola let me get right next to it to observe the cleaner species which seemed specifically oriented to various body parts!

We also dove Toyapakey off Nusa Penida, one of my favorite dives from previous trips. I loved the variety of nudibranch species and the fish swirling around the pinnacles.
