Comments The main reason we went there in [1st to 9th September] is for the MOLA MOLA [Sunfish] season.
However, during the first week of September, the moon phase was not favorably for diving around that area. It was only after the full moon, 8th or 9th September the conditions improved. The visibility during the month of September around Tulamben and Amed is quite bad. I was informed that the best month to dive around these areas is around June/July.

UW Photo Comments Though this is a locally owned dive center, the accommodations, breakfast and service attitude, is very good. However, for UWP staying here is a challenge. Only 3 power points to charge camera batteries, strobes and video lights. No proper tables to lay out UWP equipment!
