Comments | Lembeh Resort is lovely, built on the sides of a valley ending on a beach where the dive operation is located. There are lots of steps to climb to access your room, the dining area and the spa. The dive operation is located on the beach with a fleet of about 10 different boats. Everyone has a gear locker for storage with a dedicated dry camera room not far away. There is a full service dive shop and repair technicians on hand for equipment malfunctions. The boats hold 8-10 passengers plus a dive guide for every 4 guests. There is a covered seating area on the boat, a dry towel for each guest and a serving of fresh fruit or treats after each dive. Water and hot tea are always available. There are 2 boat dives in the am with a return to the resort between dives. After a buffet lunch in the dining room, there is a 2:30 pm dive. Specialty dives are offered. You just have to sign up on the board. An extra charge may apply. Nitrox is available--you do have to watch as they gauge your tank. A large dive staff takes all gear on and off the boats with each dive. You never need to handle your equipment. It is washed and hung back in your gear locker. Since we did only muck diving, the guides were terrific at finding all sorts of weird and wonderful critters. Great for photographers. | ||
