Comments This small resort is geared for serious muck divers and photographers. It has a huge, well-equipped camera room, and they provide one guide per every two divers. (However, as I was traveling solo, I got my own personal guide!) Breakfast starts at 6 am and first dive is 7:30. Unlike some Lembeh resorts, the boat does not come back to the resort between dives. That is my only 'complaint', but it did allow for traveling to more distant sites. Food is good, nothing fancy. Rooms are good, nothing fancy. Guides and boat people are excellent.

House reef is mostly muck. There is some coral and a few structures that might have been old boats or something. I found lots of interesting stuff on the house reef.

I gave it 5 stars for experienced divers, but that's only if you like muck diving. If you want clear water and gorgeous coral, Lembeh is probably not for you. Go to Bunaken or Bangka.

UW Photo Comments As I mentioned before, the camera room is huge. The photography here is almost exclusively macro photography. If you don't like small critters and fish, Lembeh Strait is not for you.
