Comments I will admit up front that I consider Wakatobi to be the best all around dive resort I have ever visited. While others come close, Wakatobi has consistently delivered exceptional diving, food, accommodations, and service since our first visit in 2010. Our December 2024 visit met and exceeded all our expectations. From the meet and greet at the Bali airport to the quality of the guides and support of the staff, every moment was enjoyable.

The flight from Bali to the resort’s private landing strip is about 2.5 hours. It takes about 30-45 minutes to travel by boat to the resort. Following a wonderful lunch, you get wet.
