UW Photo Comments It is difficult to overstate the coral reefs at Wakatobi. They are pristine and some are 100% coral covered on the top making this a mecca for snorklers. Macro critters are off the scale. For example I had a dozen opportunities to photograph 4 varieties of Pigmy Seahorses in 11 diving days. Wide-angle photography is also outstanding with multiple fans and impressive corals to photograph.

Service is outstanding with a large staff making sure you carry nothing and have every need met. The accomodations and food are first rate.

Boats are large and stable with an experienced guide every 4 divers. Large tanks for air hogs available at no extra cost. Boat rides 15 min or less, occasionally 20.

This is probably the best land destination in the world. It is easily accessed from Bali via a charter plane. The Bali staff makes sure your entry and exit go smoothly
