Comments Honestly, no regrets! I did my "homework" with Tripadvisor. It is the best source to gauge what to expect. In Dec 2013 I am going diving in Phuket with Scubacat. I chose Scubacat too based on the reviews on Tripadvisor.

UW Photo Comments I am not a UWP professional. I own only a Canon G15 for my UWP.
However, if one needs to set-up their camera equipment, dive centres at Pom Pom and Universal divers have large open spaces for UWP to set up their equipment, and the distance from these dive centres to the boat is about 30-50m. As for diving in Thailand, you need to set up your equipments at your hotels.

Understand that there are services available at a price that optimize a review on Tripadvisor which distorts the actual ranking. We discovered this issue when we noticed the Turtle Inn was ranked 5th in Placencia, Belize. It is not the cheapest but if you have ever been to Palacencia it is certainly better than 5th by any measure. Upon investigation we found out about the Tripadvisor optimization services that are available to resorts to up their rating. Tripadvisor did not seem to have an answer on how to fix the issue. I am sticking with Undercurrents for my decisions although I post to Tripadvisor also. Thought you might want to know. We dove Sea Bees out of Phuket on a day dive and on the liveaboard Diva Andaman for a week at the Similan Islands last March and both did a great job. Then we were off to Borneo Divers in Mabul to dive Sipadan which I finally posted a review of the trip.
