Comments | [None] Calm surface not the norm , strange currents below ,up and down both suddenly 10 or 15 ft deeper or shallower than before , strong currents around the dive sites especially The Boiler and Roca Partida . Humpback whales in the area would see them breaching every day snorkeled with them some divers saw them diving could hear them singing especially on night dive . Not a good trip for beginners most diving done from Zodiacs only one had a ladder ,had to take off Rig and pull yourself over into the boat. Not made for the overweight or out of shape those always waited for the one boat with the ladder . Rough entries into the Zodiacs at the stern of The Explorer as both were bouncing around with the waves as divers attempted to get in . Lots of Mantas, Dolphins and Whitetip and Silvertip sharks a few Hammerheads seen. Great marine life lots of big animals smaller critters if you take the time to look , diving for the more experienced, Pricey for the accomodations on the ship | ||
