I have scuba dived in PV one time before with Chico's Dive shop and it was very mediocre. I went with the wrong dive shop. PV Sea Divers is excellent. [pvseadive.com link] Dive your OWN PROFILE here. If you are a beginner--they will take care of you. The Owner DM/Instructor Sue really knows the area, and is super safe, while having a great sense of humor. We had a party on the boat just talking about diving sites in the world and about an English woman, her, living in PV. Ten on the boat/ 2 DMs. On each dive, those who ran out of air first did their safety stop while we stayed down. Sue and I did two one hour dives. The DM Marc is one of the best, and I am over 700+ dives. Why? These folks love diving, and they have researched the area. The boat is great and has a canopy so you don't get fried. Water and OK lunch. We saw tons of large schools of small fish, many eels, scorpionfish, stonefish, turtles, and beautiful Eagle Rays on each dive. I will return. Thanks for a great day of diving when the first time I was ready to forget diving in PV. You guys at PV Sea Divers were great, and it is so nice to be with folks how love diving as much as I do. |
