Comments Palau is a diving paradise, and Keith Santillano and his operation, "Neptune's", king of that paradise. Keith is far and away the best dive master I have ever dove with -- and I've gone diving with some great ones. He is safety conscious, but not overbearing. He also knows the waters extremely well, and can spot some incredible things. He knows all the sites. He gives great pre-dive briefings, complete with pictures that he and his girlfriend took underwater. His operation is totally impressive! Also, I loved the Palau Pacific Resort. On site, they have a good dive shop and incredible rooms and beach. I highly recommend it. One can reach Keith by e-mail (keith@palaunet.com), via his web site (www.palaudive.com) or by phone (680-779-3548). For two dives he charges $115 and a third dive adds $40. We did a number of 3-dive days and the additional $40 was worth every penny. Enjoy!

Enforced diving restrictions Keith Santillano -- the owner and dive master -- would generally suggest (but not require) about an hour in the water and up to about 100 feet deep. From time to time, we dove much deeper than 100 feet.
