This is clearly a "bucket list" trip, very expensive with extreme diving. Most dives are 150+ for 20+ minutes resulting in deco stops for 20-40 minutes. However, if you want to see the largest warships diveable and the USS Saratoga, you have to come here. The Skipper, Chris, and the Divemasters, Brian and Edward, were wonderful. Accomodating to each divers various needs and desires, they lead dives deep inside the wrecks, as well a providing history of the site, with their extensive experience on the site. Worthy of the time and effort to go. While the boat is clearly more "spartan" than most, it was reasonably comfortable to serious divers. This is not a trip for casual divers and the inexperienced - you need to be very comfortable with extended decompression stops and diving in closed environments. However, a great operator and wonderful crew. |
