Comments Amun Ini is a small and lovely resort located about a 2.5 hour drive from the airport. So if you are flying SFO to Manila to Bohol, it becomes a very long day. The resort is family owned and run and it has 16 rooms, we liked the upstairs rooms best. The dive shop is within sight of the restaurant and pool so nothing is very far away. The beach is lovely white sand and the dive shop is managed very well. The two boats were clean and stable and never crowded. We had a great dive master, and my husband did an advanced PADI course so we were with him most of the time. The dive sites are all 5 or 10 minutes away and the coral is pristine and varied. There were a number of small schools of fish around, unlike other places in the Philippines where we went later. Some sites had 15 or more sea turtles. They did a complete dive briefing on land and the boats left on time. The night dive was amazing and they seem to offer one dive nightly if there were two or more people interested in doing it. We brought our own gear so I didn't look at the rentals but the storage room for personal gear was well organized. Nitrox was always ready for us to analysis once we got there. After each dive, they passed out hot washcloths (no perfumy smell which is great!) and good snacks. It was always really easy diving without much current. Rooms were clean, pleasant, food was a bit uneven, sometimes great, sometimes the same dish would be bad. Owners were usually around, very pleasant and the staff was so well trained and very nice. Spa was small but fairly good in terms of having a massage. We stayed 6 nights, I could have stayed 10, the diving was very mellow and the staff made everything pleasant and very easy.

UW Photo Comments I think there was a small room off the dive shop to charge gear. I didn't use it, but I took photos. I think there were water buckets on the boat, but that's about it.
