Comments The trip from Philadelphia to Puerto Princessa where the Philippine Aggressor is berthed for the Tubbataha itinerary took 30 hours, 24 in the air. So it was a long way away for me. The intro to the boat included safety features, charging instructions and a tour of the room amenities and the escape routes in case of emergency.

I picked the Philippine Aggressor because I could get room on the same level as the dive deck in case we needed to abandon ship. There were four cabins on this deck which was also where we ate, had dive briefings and hung out. The deck above also had four cabins and the lounge which no one used, it was wasted space.
