Comments	I arrived a couple of days prior to boarding my LOB in Cebu to ensure that both me and my luggage made it to the boat before it departed. My hotel was located on the northeast part of Mactan island, so it is close to several shore diving options. This was my first trip to the Philippines, so I wanted to take in a variety of experiences. After spending some time lounging on the beach, indulging in a massage, and exploring Mactan, I still had some time available and opted to try a couple of shore dives.
