Comments	This was my third time aboard the Philippine Siren and my second visit to both Tubbataha and the Southern Visayas. My first trip featured truly spectacular diving, and while this time we didn’t encounter all the same sea life, the experience was just as incredible. As a marine biologist, I was thrilled to see the reefs still thriving—minimal signs of disease or coral bleaching, and in some areas, coral stretched endlessly in every direction. Closest Airport	Cebu	Getting There	I flew via United into Manila. Then took an AirAsia flight later that same day into Puerto Princesa. Spent the night at the Hue Hotel then we were picked up around noon the next day. I flew United out of Cebu City.

Enforced diving restrictions	While I wouldn’t call them restrictions, these are guided dives. Most dives were scheduled for around 60 minutes, but many ended up lasting between 60 and 70 minutes, which was a nice bonus.
