Comments Rudy and Rinda own the dive shop. Rinda arranged our inter-island flights on Winair. We rented a house through Rudy across the street from Rudy and Rinda. They are remodeling a home to a bed and breakfast which should be beautiful when completed.
Most dives are in the Marine Park. They are relaxed and colorful. Double Wreck was especially nice. The Charlie Brown is a newer wreck and a fun dive. Remco and Sonja are the dive masters and really enjoy the "job". We did a scooter dive with Rudy. I'm sure we looked like six kids on Christmas morning with new toys. The best dive was a night dive at Stenapa. There were lots of hugh sleeping turtles as well as reef squid, lobster and a hunting barracuda. It was supposed to be 40 minute or so but turned into an hour.
Rudy loaned us their jeep the first day so we could get to dinner as we didn't pick up our rental vehicle till the next morning. Don't lock the cars there. The house had a pool and we enjoyed having it to ourselves after a day of diving. We just stayed there relaxed and ate in some nights. The stores were pretty well stocked-but couldn't find any Hagen Das ice cream. When we did go out we enjoyed Sonnys Chinese Restaurant and The Blue Bead.
