Comments	A number of the dive staff remembered us, and a mumber of the dive masters (e.g., Keafer) and boat captains (Felix) were particularly friendly an accomodating. All sites (other than a wreck dive)are within a marine park and minutes from the dive operation, so surface intervals are back at the dive operation. Generally, there were only 4 of us on the boat, ourselves and our travel partners. The marine park is alive with sponges, coral, small criters (arrow crabs, Pedersen shrimp, banded coral shrimp) large crabs and lobsters, juvenile drums, and small grouper (which now that this is a marine park, may one day be large grouper), and eels (morays and snake eels). The presence of 4 fish traps at one site indicates that not all islanders have bought into the marine park concept. The dive operation has numerous lockers with padlocks and a large drying area.

UW Photo Comments	Anse Chastanet is a luxury resort (our room 7F at the top of the hill has an unbelievable view of the two Pitons from its open floor plan) with a very good dive operation. This was our third visit. Our rental BCs and regs were nearly new and top quality. The dive boats are well designed, the dive staff friendly and accomodating.
