Comments Dive St Vincent staff were great — DJ and Calle (Dive Masters) were professional and accommodating, and great at finding small critters. The boat was small (the DM was also the captain) but adequate for the four or five divers. Jackie, the Office Manager, made our hotel reservations and arranged for airport pickup and delivery, and was cheerful and helpful with our questions. The Mariners Hotel was OK, not fancy but clean and reasonably quiet. Our second floor room had very low water pressure, so showering was a bit of a challenge. The adjacent restaurant was convenient but expensive. We were there to dive and spent little time exploring the island. The Mariners Hotel is an easy walk to the dive shop. There was an abundance of small fish, several eels on each dive, seahorses, drum fish (adult and juvenile), trumpet fish, frogfish, flying gurnard, burr fish, octopus, squid and more! Thankfully, only a few lionfish. Highly recommend Dive St Vincent. Our only disappointment was absence of nitrox.
