Comments My twenty something trip to SVG. Frogfish, Magnificent Urchins and assorted flatworms, Nudibranchs, and crabs abound. LIAT is actually getting better--I know I found it hard to believe myself! Callie & DJ [Dive St Vincent] are the eyes that you need. If you've seen all the big stuff and don't want 20 some hour flights to far East than SVG is the right place. Young Island is across from dive shop food still to die for --if you can live without cable--I can't than Beachcombers is great--has a pool and staff is quite attentive. A step down in price is Paradise Beach Hotel -- really nice 1 bedroom apartment--full kitchen. Blue Lagoon is new and if you have rent a car very nice with excellent food available. Mariner's is your basic hotel room close to the shop. Ray Haberman retired Ill. deputy sheriff [living in SVG] is the new Bill Tewes. He turns rocks and finds the really small stuff. His "condos" sheets of metal become homes to crabs, flatworms and much more. Seahorses and frogfish found by DJ and Callie on every dive. [gregschubert.smugmug.com link] e-mail: murderone@msn.com
