Comments | Booked the trip through the nice ladies at Deep Blue Adventures, stayed at Blue Lagoon Hotel and spent the week with Indigo Dive, hence diving the "blues" in St Vincent. Great dive trip! Thanks Cheryl & Terri! Personalized full service diving with the lovely couple now running Indigo Dive. Thanks Dave & Luz Fery! A great assist from the former Indigo owner after LIAT destroyed my luggage. Thanks Kay! Twelve fantastic dives on beautiful dive sites and wrecks Thanks St. Vincent! The hotel is clean and well maintained with very nice all-water-front rooms with balconies, lovely grounds, new pool, marina, shops and two good restaurants. Adjacent beach bar was fun with great drinks, cold beer, better-than-average bar food and a cool vibe in spite of the drunken medical students. No cattle car diving here. Just laid-back personal dive service with the wife and I the only divers most days. I was constantly reminded that I was on vacation and that I should just relax. Very stress-free dive operation. I highly recommend Indigo Dive and the Blue Lagoon Hotel! The only "bad" was traveling through Barbados and dealing with the nasty native Barbarians and crappy LIAT. Maybe someday the new airport on St Vincent will be completed (anticipated in 2011 per the 2015 tourist guide in our room) easing the travel issues we experienced. | ||

UW Photo Comments | Indigo's husband & wife crew was very accommodating towards my wife's camera gear but high-maintenance UW photographers may be disappointed. |
