Comments the bad: crowded boat about 39 divers; many student divers; next day, boat less crowded with less than 30 divers incl. 2 tech divers ( dived to 50 meters); you set up and serve yourself; costly at > $105 / day; 2 dives around Phi Phi islands; long boat rides 2 to 2.5 hr.; late in ship leaving; come back after 6:30PM except for 1 day back before 6 PM.; local DM sorta hard to understand her English.

the good: only 1 dive site with slight current (not drift dive); very good DM - - Hugo (free-lancer) found leopard sharks at shark point; lots of food and drinks before and after dives; only few divers / DM. Only leopard sharks were new to me; no hammerheads. 3 dives at Racha Noi and Racha Yai trip.

beaches had lots of shops and cheap massages and food.
