Comments This was my first trip to TCI and I was extremely happy with everything about Caicos Adventures. From the original exchange of emails to book it through the last dives, they were professional and friendly. Asa is a great Captain who sees to neat and organized boat. Johnny, John, and William were exemplary dive masters who saw so many things we never would have noticed. They regularly saw sharks and barracuda approaching and on the night dives were invaluable with finding octopus, which I could watch forever.
The boat has a bucket for cameras, and sandwiches for lunch. Fresh drinking water and orange drink were available in large thermoses. The catamaran has a lot of room for gear to keep the dry stuff dry, and a bathroom as well. You giant stride in and hand off your fins to climb the ladders to come out.
The boat ride out to most dive sites is 45 minutes so having a comfortable boat is really awesome.
We did 2 night dives at Coral Gardens Reef in Grace Bay and while the reef is still recovering from a past hurricane, there was still a lot to see. Turtles, fish, lobster, nudibranchs, Eels, and octopus. Our second night dive we say 2 octopus in a row and then the best part of the whole trip, a baby octopus peeping out of a hole in the coral.
We stayed at a Homeaway property, Treehouse, owned by Gena and Ivan. The location simply cannot be beat. A short walk to Coral Garden Reef, but much quieter than at the resorts right on the water. We grilled a couple times and ate out a few times. The pool was warm for after sunset snorkels and night dives!

UW Photo Comments While the tub for the cameras wasn't huge, I have no doubt that the crew would make sure you had what you needed for a larger camera.
