Oasis Divers, while very friendly run a fairly sloppy shop. The dive boats all have Oxygen and probably first aid kits, but no radios and very little in the way of running lights. On one dive to a nearby island (Salt Cay), we had to cross about 10 miles of open water. The boat ran out of gas not once but twice resluting in our not returning until way after dark, with no running lights and barely making it into a docking area on G.T before we ran out of gas a second time. I enjoyed the diving on Grand Turk and Salt Cay very much, but would be very reluctant to use this operation again. |
