Comments We arrived at East Bay Resort on Saturday, checked in without issue and had a great evening. Air temps were in the mid 70’s Diving was cancelled on Sunday due to 25 mph winds and dive guide having sinus problems. The remaining diving days were as scheduled with two in the morning and one in the afternoon. We were picked up at the resort by van with a short ride to the dive boats. Turns out the dive boats came from Little Cayman Dive Resort. The dive leader was excellent, providing predive instruction. Truly boutique divng. Water temps were in low 70’s and winds were between 15 to 20 mph most days. The reefs were partially covered with sand due to hurricane this past year, so not great. We did see eagle rays, stingrays, turtles, reef and nurse sharks However, the most exciting experience was listening to humpback Whales during one of dives. The resort is planning to do a significant restoration and expansion this coming year.
