Comments Went back to Cozumel and Aldora for the first time since 2012. Yes some of the corals aren't what they used to be. And fish and turtle's are down. Plancar gardens to Mericaibo is still world class. Even saw a large Eagle Ray toward the end of are last dive of the trip, and its not the season for them. As always Aldora is the best, diving 120 cu. steel tanks for men 100 steel for the ladies provide 60-90 minute dives giving you great value. Always knowledgeable dive masters, and first class operation. Multi level dive profiles maximizes bottom time. Stayed at the Villa and we had the place to are self being off season. The pool was empty while they where refurbishing the wall along the pool for a new mural. So we took advantage of the calm seas to float around instead of the pool. Had 1 day that we got hit with a good rain shower after we came up from are first dive and out came the dive parka's to keep us warm and protect us from the rain as we headed in for are surface interval. Diving Cozumel does have currents and drift diving and so at times is challenging for knew divers. Still my favorite place.
